Having recently made a purchase from Gala Tent I feel that I must comment on the service. In particular the person that I had dealings with, namely Emma. I purchased three sets of lights and regretfully one of them was damaged on delivery. On contacting Emma and through the process of getting a replacement she was very helpful and her professional telephone manner made it a pleasant experience. I was guided by her through the arrangements on getting a replacement. Which, I received very promptly. As most people are very quick to complain, when necessary, I try to make a point of giving praise where due and in this case praise is very much due. Gala Tent must also be congratulated on employing staff that can show such professionalism. If I have, in the future a need to look for a present for someone or such like my first stop will be the Gala Tent website. Thank you once again Emma for all your good work and help.

I just wanted to record my thanks to you for the way you helped me sort out the problem we had with a wrong specification in an order we made on the internet last week end. We had dealt with a third party and were given the wrong measurments. When we opened the package and measured up it was obvious that we had the wrong size.
When I rang you, rather than saying it was not your problem, you took ownership of the problem and eventually resolved it. I was also impressed by the way you kept me informed at each step of the way, and checked as you went along that the changes were acceptable. I am a retired manager for the IBM Corporation, and we always put the Customer first. I am always frustrated by the general couldnt care less attitude by some companies to meeting the needs of the Customer. Your attitude was refreshing, and I am very grateful to you for assisting. Thank you very much indeed.

Very pleased with my equipment and prompt delivery

I received this order today - two days after ordering and am delighted with it. I had great difficulty finding this Recumbent Bike on the net - I have wrecked two of the box standard, pedals on a bit of pipe ones which are advertised in all the Oldies magazine etc., using it every evening and this one is so robust compared to the others.
Might I suggest you contact some of the above and do some aggressive advertising - I cannot be the only old person (bad heart and bad back - so cannot do the walking suggested by the doctors) to wreck their ghastly, badly made bikes, and as yours is only a few pounds more, it is excellent value (please God I dont break it this evening!) and I am sure there is a big market for them.
