Hi there just to say many thanks as the marquee arrived on Friday morning and I had erected it by 4.00 p.m.My wife and I are really pleased with the marquee and lights and we are looking forward to our planned double birthday party, whatever the weather.I managed to erect it single handed which took a little ingenuity getting the roof up to put the legs in, but having had lots of experience with frame tents over the years, it was not as difficult as I had feared.

On 1st October I placed an order with you by telephone. On 4th October the goods were delivered but unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I telephoned your customer services dept and spoke to a nice girl who said she would find out what she could do for me and ring me back. A few minutes later she rang me back to say replacement goods were being sent out that day and that I did not have to return the damaged goods. Today 5th Oct the replacement goods were received in perfect condition. I would like to say Thank you to all involved, it is quite rare for customer service to be this efficient. I shall certainly recommend you to anyone I can, everyone at work was amazed by your response to the problem...put our customer service department to shame anyway!! Once again Thanks to you all

People are always very quick to complain and not enough praise is given to those who take the time to give good customer service. Emma took the time to look after my order and keep my custom even though she obviously works in a busy envirnoment where looking afterindividuals is difficult with so many incoming calls constantly coming in.My order was not large but she did not make me insignificant, she went out ofher way to inform me of all the details I needed and to insure I recieved my order, which was hugely important to me for a very special event, even though to be honest I should have ordered earlier to avoid any upset. I recently purchased a Gala Tent from you and I would first like to say I am very pleased with it. The Helicopter Museum used it at an outdoor event a couple of weeks ago and we found it very quick and easy to erect and dismantle and the interior floor space was tremendous as well as being very light inside with a variety of options for ventilation via the removeable/roll-up panels all round.Without a doubt a very worthwhile purchase on behalf of the Museum which, I hope will serve us well for many years to come.
