A friend had bought a similer sized one about 10 years ago ,but it has now seen better days and needed to be replaced. Having bought it and unpacked it , we found 1 bottom connecter missing, after a few calls eventually got through to the right department who very nicely sent one in the post. On erecting the marque was a little bit dissappointed that the openings were velcro and rope ties, where the old one had Zip doors, apart from that, very pleased.

Great gazebo, the frames are solid and easy to pop up/takedown, the custom canopy prints look awesome and their customer service was briliant and very quick when required help. Highly recommend

Great customer service, excellent advice during my research period and super quick delivery, the tent was easy to put up and seems solid and sturdy, very good quality frame and cover, drum tight when all bungees are fitted my only issue is when the sides are fitted it’s difficult to secure the leg gard down ! Could do with a zip end door for easier closing from the outside! Over all I’m extremely happy with my tent

Bought from Gala Tent, because the quality/price looked much better value than similar products. The service and purchase process was very good. Would recommend the product to others. However, it is very important to fit the framework together properly, otherwise the canopy and walls won't fit over the frame and join up with each other. We had difficulty fully locating some poles into the framework brackets because a few of them had burrs inside the brackets, which we had to file off first.

This is the second gazelo I have bought from Gala as the gazebo is far stronger than any other brand I have had in the past and the canopy keeps its colour very well.

Brilliant service although didn't have the colour I wanted in the time frame I needed it. Bought a new Gazebo but also a replacement canopy for our 10year old one. Chose Gala as I purchased a nearly new one about 9-10 years ago and apart from a few tiny holes in the canopy it's still going strong.

The half wall is great quality and looks great but I think there is meant to be a pole to secure it so it sags in the middle. It would have been better to have this explained in the product description.

Excellent quality Gazebo ( strong / well made with a 3 year guarantee on frame). Gazebo was ordered 1 day and delivered the following day, which was exceptional service fro order to delivery. Easy to erect (you need to obtain election details on their website, since no instructions in the packaged unit. I would recommend Gala Tent Gazebo's.
