This week I ordered a 4ft folding trestle table on the Internet, the ordering went very well with no problems! The table arrived a couple of days later well packed. Upon opening it I couldn't manage to open it and I didn't want to force it and damage it. I rang the helpline and was asked to leave a message, which I did. I was rung back a short while later by one of your staff who listened very carefully and took advice from your warehouse staff. With their suggestion the table opened perfectly. We are very pleased with the table and it is in use straight away as my wife's sewing table.
