The ordered tent was required for 23.7.22 but was not in stock until 22.7.22. You arranged to have it available for collection at lunchtime that day. I arrived, the dispatcher was aware and able to load immediately; in less the 10 mins I was on the road back to Bedford. That is brilliant service for which my grateful thanks.
