Just a quick note to tell you that I received my new Gala Tent yesterday and spent a short while erecting it. I have to say that I am very impressed with it and am confident that it will be a big hit when I put it to use in a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your e-mail received today and for the info. I wanted to say thanks for all you have done, I know I got a little upset and I sent that long letter to you and your company but I was getting a little frustrated so I apologise and hope I didnt cause anyone to get into trouble. The goods arrived on Friday 05/05/06 and a neighbour took it in for me. Thanks again for all your help and I will no doubt do more business with you in the future (Please dont panic I am a nice guy really) and will pass your details on to others as you have restored my faith in your company.

I am writing on behalf of Studley Quadrilateral Division for the safe arrival of our marquee on Friday 28 April. I have to express my most sincere thanks to your carriers TNT Express (UK) Ltd who really pulled all the stops out to ensure that we received the marquee on Friday. We missed the driver and after one telephone call with the Gateshead Customer services office, Carol Kennedy was straight on the phone to the local depot at Hartlebury in Worcestershire to see if they could help us out. She made several calls to myself to keep me informed of progress and finally telephoned to ask late in the afternoon if we had safely received our packages. What outstanding customer care and service your carriers provide. It is most re-assuring to know that there are companies like yourself and TNT who care about their customers and not just their money. Please extend my thanks to all in your company who made this possible and thank them for a job very well done. I understand from Mandy that she was getting married over the bank Holiday and I imagine she is away on her honeymoon. Please also thank her for all her assistance in making this possible. We Christened the new marquee at our final rugby tournament on Sunday 30 April and I attach two photos for your reference. Once again thank you very much indeed.

WITH REFERENCE TO THE PURCHASE, HAVING A MINOR UPSET OF A BROKEN POLE AND FINDING ON ARRIVAL OF OUR HOLIDAY, ON MAKING A PHONE CALL TO YOURSELFS ANDEXPLAINING THE SITUATION I FOUND YOUR STAFF TO BE MOST HELPFUL AND PLEASANTTO THE FULL EXTENT. HAVING SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFULL HAD THEY TRIED.I WILL BE RECOMMENDING GALA TENT TO ALL MY FRIENDS(OH YES)AND FAMILY AND WILL BE DEALING WITH YOURSELFS IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.MANY MANY THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL HER HELP.

Dear Gala Tent
Just wanted to say thank you for the very good service we received recently when purchasing a Marquee from yourselves. The tent is also very good and kept us dry for our BBQ garden party. We were also missing some bungees so I emailed you and received these in the post very promptly.
