We have been consistently pleased with Gala tent products, both the design and the manufacture. It was a disappointment when the side panels didn't come up to standard. However, you and the team have responded quickly and generously with our complaint - on the phone, and subsequent emails; and we are in no doubt that your customer services are one of the best we have dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending Gala tent to others, but at this point don't know of anyone that is in the marquee/gazebo market.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my new Pro-50 gazebo and the service you have providedThe quality of the product is excellent and I can not fault your customer service which is excellent and very efficient.When I had a problem with the zip breaking on the bag you arrange for a replacement that arrived the following day, you can not ask for better than that.I would not hesitate to recommend Gala Tents to anyone that was looking for a similar product.

My gala pro 50 arrived yesterday and appears to be of fantastic quality, I have gone through loads of supermarket gazebos as a mobile mechanic and the last a week at best. Glad i have finally brought something that will take the pressure.

The trestle table I ordered arrived next day great service as usual. The quality is fantastic, very sturdy and stable unlike the camping tables I have been using, yet for around the same price.Our jubilee and wedding anniversary celebrations were both saved from the ravages of the British summer {torrential rain & gales) Thanks again.Keith Guy

After lots of trying to put my works address as a delivery address and the web site is just not up to the job, I had a email to say yes its been done Great I thought, but no you can't select this on web site, so on my 5th attempt I place a order for a 4m x 8m Gala Tent with as told by said email to put delivery address in box at bottom and guess what after getting a trailer to haul load to club and phoning to check delivery and that under NO WAY was it to go to my home address as no one there, YES YOU GUESSED went to home, Great love towing a trailer for 100 miles with nothing in it.So I phone in the morning i email as well and I have had no feed back as of yet!! This is my second purchases and might well be my last!!
