I bought a 3m x 6m Marquee tent in January and the delivery driver must have been jet-propelled.Everything was in order upon receipt and the tent was erected immediately to at as a garage for a car re-build. After gales, Ice, frost, hail and more gales finally followed by more ice, I have had to replace the window panels with blank panels.The frame, roof and end panels have withstood everything the weather could throw at it and is still doing sterling service.

This is just a little thank you review for your most excellent customer service given by you to me, on Monday of this week, when I had reason to contact you over the end panel of my 6m x 12m Gala Tent. However, upon contacting you, I felt that you handled the situation with great diplomacy empathy and efficiency, and I cannot thank you enough for that, the effort put in personally by yourself was greatly appreciated. I must say that I am totally delighted with the new PVC marquee as not only does it look fantastic and feels robust. Once again, I thank you Laura very much for your mammoth effort to sort the problem out for me, which ended up with a very satisfactory outcome and a happy client too.
As you're probably aware we've been down today and picked up the side panels. The panels are the right shade of white and match the rest of the marquee. You've now got two happy customers.
