We purchased a 6m x 10m marquee - had a couple of problems ie a bunch of the wing nuts were faulty - these were replaced immediately - later we encountered another problem once again the part was received the next day. We had two events to hold at home this year and we decided that to purchase a marquee was going to be cheaper than hiring twice - we spent a long time making our decision to purchase from Gala - the fact that spare parts were available and the quality helped make up our minds. The marquee is great and a good investment (which was our aim!). Things do not always go to plan and problems do occur but Gala Tents response was first class - we would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them. Thank you Gala Tents for excellent customer care - a pity there are not many more companies who value their customers like you do.

The best gazebo I have seen or owned I have had my pro gazebo for 3 years now used for my company most weeks and it is still going strong only just buying a replacement roof as mine is a bit tatty now. well recommended A* product
