Dear sir or Madam,It is with great pleasure that I convey my compliments on the excellentproducts and after sales service provided by your company, its a credit toyour organisation and particularly refreshing when service standardsgenerally appear to be waning in the UK.I purchased one of your marquees early last year and, due to unforeseencircumstances, it has been left erected ever since. I followed the erectioninstructions to the 'letter' and I'm delighted to say that, apart from somedamaged panels, it has withstood all the weather has thrown at it (inparticular all the recent gale force winds).....what a great product.In addition, when ordering a similar one of your products for a clientsbirthday party and heaters & spares for my own, I found your sales team tobe most helpful, courteous and professional....very refreshing these days. Hi Melissa, Many thanks again for your wonderfully friendly and efficient assistance! I have posted a review via the link provided, in which the only negative was an unthreaded bolt (thats all I could find fault with!). Even my old boss, now our supplier for our own business, was impressed when he saw it, and he's able to find fault with most things! I haven't had chance to look yet but do Gala make side panels with fine mesh panels? These would be great for letting in a bit of air in the summer but keeping out the bugs and birds. My brother said immediately on seeing your logo that he'd seen your tents at his off-road enduro events, and if they could survive the treatment the average motorcrosser would give them they must be good! With what we've seen of the tent so far, I think he's going to be right.

Very impressed with the two white and grey folding chairs we ordered to use with a metal folding craft table for our two young grandsons - the quality was astounding - really strong and durable and as comfortable as armchairs.
