I own 2 Gala Pro Gazebos which are used all year round and in any weather conditions. The frames have taken everything that has been thrown at them!! They have stood up to some awful weather, so when one set needed replacing, I was happy to do so. I placed the order for a new canopy and walls yesterday afternoon and received them at 8.30am this morning. So not only are the Gala products excellent but their service is second to none!! If you are in business this is the sort of company you want to deal with, and I would recommend Gala Tents to anyone

Just bought a 3m x 4m tent and while the product itself is good, instructions are very poor. Images/drawings far too small, while video demos dont focus in on details for long enough. Example is tie-down kit ratchet - a mystery if youve never used one before. I pity those customers with no practical aptitude!As technical editor of a consumer magazine Ive tested products for more than 20 years, so am fairly practical. Come on guys, spend a couple of hours writing clear instructions and producing decent photos - its not difficult!

I ordered a 3x3 gazebo with sides and printing on the valence. Upon inspection it surpassed all expectations in the quality and style. The printing on the valence looks really good and will stand out on so many events that we hold during the year. The customer service was brilliant and very helpful.
