Thank you for posting out the panels today. I am delighted with the product you have supplied and more so with the back up after sales service. I am very happy to recommend your company and if had anticipated the level of service I have received, I would not have wasted my time even considering other companies. Unfortunately, at this time I do not know anyone who is looking to purchase a tent, however that may change after our event thus weekend. Please feel free to use any of my comments on your website and thank you again for excellent and professional service and products.

I am certain both Chewbacca (me) and Vader will be happy not having to duck so far as we did with our old tent and i am sure this new tent will attract more donations for childrens hospice south west too (csw.org.uk)I would think we would permit some of our images to be used for gala tents as we will be looking to get a 3 by 3 for a tent for members to get into and out of costumes and possibly put that behind this 6 by 3.That one we will save for,again black will be best,but i don't suppose it has to be a pro 50 this time or need much printing.Thank you all for your help and the 10 per cent charity discount that made it just within our clubs budget.It took us all 2 years to get enough club funds for the pro 50 6 by 3 and altough many members wanted to buy a cheap one,i held out as vice chairman for the best i could find.I look forward to many years of fund raising with the tent and the group and to raising many more thousands for the childrens hospice.All the best,look out for the pics on facebook

We erected the Gala Tent this week-end and are very pleased with the product. We did have a small problem with a faulty batch of wing bolts, and had a somewhat more laborious approach of replacing these with standard bolts. However on reporting this today I have been promised replacements which should rectify the problem, Many thanks

Thanks very much for your extra help with this, much appreciated but the good news is I think the problem is solved and the tubes are OK!I took out the tube from my working heater and compared them side by side and was surprised to see that they were the same size! So I fitted a new tube into the working heater and that tube fitted OK and worked.So then I went to the heater that wasn't working and tried again, it looks as though the spring mechanism in the heater itself wasn't springing out enough. So I have had a play with that and managed to get it working, it is still quite loose but at least it is working.The good news is that the tubes are fine and the right size it's just my heater that is a bit temperamental.Thanks again for your help and sorry for taking your time with this. I would like to thank the extremely helpful gentleman (operations manager), called Gary (I think). He has listened to my concerns and has resolved my complaint fully.

I am completely happy with the service that I received from Gala Tent, both at the time of purchase, delivery and at any time since. My questions have always been answered courteously and helpfully. It is not a chore to ring you.I am happy for you to publish my comments or pass them on and I do not require anonymity.My tent is delightful and was not difficult to erect, once we watched the video and read the instructions. I have had loads of use out of it this Summer and it is with regret that I intend to take it down soon and store for Winter. The tent is just as nice as it's photographs.

Hi, I felt I should write to you tell tell you of my experience with your 3mtr x 3mtr Gala tent. I have had it for some 8 - 10 years now and for the first 8 years it was used for occasional parties and very pleased I was with it. For the last 2 years it has been used to store items from the house while a major rebuild was going on. It was under trees and withstood rain and gails. At one point it was under a foot of snow! However bad the weather it kept everything dry and protected. Now the works are finished I've given it a good clean and although it is not as bright as it once was it's still fine. The only problems after all that time was a bit of stitching on one of the zips coming undone and the elastic for the side panel fixings had lost their elasticity. I shall look to replace them next year. Well done Gala Tents

I have purchased several items from Gala tent. This is due to the quality of the items. I have recently purchased a second folding marquee table from Gala Tent. Sadly upon its arrival I opened the packaging to find 3 scratches to the top of the table. 1 Scratch being 10 inches long, another was 3 inches in length and much was a much deeper scratch. I instantly e mailed Gala ten. As it was out of hours, I received a reply early the following morning. I received both an e mail and telephone call apologising for the purchased for the item arriving damaged. Upon sending two photos of the damage the customer service lady apologised on behalf of Gala tent and re-order me another table which would be delivery ASAP and within 24hrs. Nicola's communication and customer service was second to none, thank you. I would buy further items from Gala tents as well as recommending them to others.Thanks once again.
