I am just writing to say how pleased I have been with the gazebo you supplied in December. We erected it very quickly and easily as a sports room extension to the living room for Christmas and the New Year. It hosted several air hockey tournaments and stayed completely waterproof through some pretty bad weather and with 2 builders halogen lights inside stayed warm and bright enough to use after dark. Through the worst weather we rolled up the sides and lowered the canopy height at night very quick and easy again, covering the air hockey table well and we had no problems at all.Altogether it proved a very popular buy with all the family and will be used for summer BBQs etc for a long time to come.

Bought the Marquee in June 13. Used until end of September and then stored in Galas own bag inside over the winter. Put up again in May this year and taken down end of September. When taken down white marks were left on our patio and on the house wall next to where the marquee had been. We contacted Gala Tent and told they couldn't do anything as the marquee was over 12 months old. Photos I supplied of the white markings were denied as being caused by the marquee's canopy. As I live close to Gala Tent I took the canopy to them for inspection. The canopy was very brittle and left white chalk like markings on our hands and clothes. This was acknowledged and I was offered a 20% reduction off a new canopy! Following a complaint to their director I received a response still denying the white markings and offering a 30% discount. I am now considering my options but thought I needed to provide this review now in case others were experiencing similar issues.

Thank you for your review Mr Hardaker, customer feedback is very important to Gala Tent. However we have investigated your query thouroughly despite your goods been well out of any warranty as the PE model manufacture warranty is 12 months period and after reviewing your photos and information you presented to our customer service team we have not seen any evidence of any fault in the goods you have purchased and your feedback seems quite unreasonable. The PE material you have is plastic coated and does not contain anything that can mark or stain your patio. We have never had a complaint that material has marked a patio or been requested to pay for cleaning it ever before. Despite this we have still tried to help you by offering a substantial discount for replacement goods as we value all our customers. Our tent materials are all of a high quality and do last years if cared for and stored correctly.

I bought a marquee a few years ago in PE and loved it. then a couple of years later we bought new sides and new roof in Poly/PVC. This was great and lasted well. This year we purchased your latest one which has the Velcro instead of zips. This product is amazing. We have put the marquee up for Christmas and I cannot tell you how great this new fabric is and the way it locks together. We are just waiting for you to now get an end panel with a window in this new material.
