Chose these universal tie-down items because I've seen the manufacturers main product in action and know its reputation. Order was easy, very fast response and timing / notification of delivery good too. The items were well protected / packaged and contents came in neat cases, looked smart and durable; and so far have worked excellently. Yet to be fully field tested but so far so good.

Excellent product from a helpful and friendly company

I had bought complete Pro 40 Gazebo when at my previous Lions Club. We were very satisfied with it. It was sturdy, easy to put up and pull down. Did not take up much storage space. At my new club first we ordered only a copy hoping to share the frame with my old club. Sharing became difficult due to logistics. So we decided to buy a frame for our canopy. We are very happy with it and have had several events under it.

From my initial enquiry through design and delivery I could not fault the service provided by the Gala team. I purchased a 6m x 3m gazebo tent which needed to be sign written. The design team helped me achieve this easily and as a company we could not be happier with the end product. I would recommend Gala tents for all your needs.

easy to put up, just what we needed for the scout group

Found GALA TENTS on line and downloaded there brochure. Found what I thought I needed, but needed to check measurements and that the new GAZEBO top would fit my old frame so made an online enquiry. Had a call back within 24 hrs to discus what I needed. As I needed to check with my organisation I called back a couple of days later to order. They knew who I was and what I wanted. Ordered and paid on the call, and received a confirmation of order and dispatch next day.
