Heater arrived today, driver even phoned 10 minutes before delivery. An excellent service and an excellent company to deal with.

So far I am impressed with the service from Gala Tents and it seems I have made the right choice with the Gala Shade Max. I have attached a couple of photos of the tent in action. We have been using it to provide sports therapy and massage at running events. Last weekend we were at a race at a very wet and muddy forest in Wendover, Buckinghamshire. We are using it next week at the Bannatyne Multi Terrain race in Northamptonshire and in March at the Nike Half Marathon in Milton Keynes. I'll see if I can get some photos in March with the Nike PR team inside it.

My confidence in Gala Tent was never in doubt and I will continue to recommend you to all my many friends in the pub trade.

We have now purchased a 6m x 10m, 6m x 8m and 6m x 12m tent from Gala Tent and have found the quality to be much superior to cheaper imported alternatives on offer. The marquees have been up in some very strong winds over the last few years and have held firm with the ground bar set. This year we used our new 6m x 12m and the 6m x 10m and put them together for an all night New Year party. Superb quality, excellent after sales, I would recommend to Gala Tent to anyone, Thank You

Having now witnessed the quality of you Customer Service, I am even more impressed, and my choice has clearly been justified. I even had the benefit of a discount via the Gala Tent price match promise against one of your rivals, who I was subsequently advised by your sales team, that the product was in fact inferior and not the same specification as Gala Tent. Your sales team informed me that you only sell quality goods to maintain your high product standards.
