we unpacked the gazebos this week and I am so impressed with the fact that the side covers come in a fantastic carry case.All 4 of my gazebos now have matching bags. Makes is look so much more professional. I am so impressed with the service and quality of Gala Tent products.When I am discussing an event I actually mention that our marquees and tents are from Gala so they know the quality is high. So surprised from initially ringing to get a £2.99 spare foot to spending over £3000 in a matter of 5 weeks. That is only because I am so impressed with everything.

As a one man startup business I needed a good quality and cost effective gazebo. I was also very much a newcomer to the gazebo jungleI began by looking around and speaking to a few folk locally who were operating from gazebos thankfully this quickly led me to Gala Tent. They have been efficient helpful and professional throughout. My request for a brochure was quickly satisfied my email correspondence always received a swift and relevant response and the sales team has been particularly helpful throughout. They have always been able to clarify and help with my questions and have been particularly patient regarding the best ways of printing and branding the gazebo with my logo.Based on my experience I have no hesitation in endorsing Gala Tent. In my opinion they are professional and helpful and supply quality and robust gazebos.
I just wanted to say on behalf of everyone at Keswick Rugby Club how pleased we are with the two gazebos we bought from you. We used them for the first time at our Girls Rugby Tournament on 12th April. The weather was atrocious. Horizontal rain sleet and snow with gusting winds meant the day was rather a challenge for the 220 girls playing. I was lucky as support staff I was sheltered in our new gazebo in the dry. It proved to be waterproof as promised and looked great too. Two weeks later we used it for the beer hospitality tent at the County Cup Final. We had to put it up the night before in the rain but we worked out how to attach the two gazebos and gutter. The next morning it was still standing and looked fantastic in the sunshine. Lots of people asked where we got them from. We used them again today for our Half Marathon event and once again they got lots of good comments. The Committee are so pleased with them we hope to find the funds to buy some more so dont throw away our designs. Thank you once again for all your help with the designs and I would commend you on the quality of the product they work beautifully
we ordered 2 10 x 6 gala tents which arrived promptly delivered to our guide campsite. The instructions were easy to follow and the marqueeslook great. We did have a shortage of a bag of nuts and bolts for one tent but this was sorted out very quickly after a phone call and they arrived the next day. Excellent service and very helpful after sales service. I will be recommending Gala Tents to other colleagues in the Guiding and Scouting movement
