Great quality fast delivery, my only concern is that the warranty conditions are a bit of a get out. It should have the warranty without having to register and as long as it’s not been abused it should cover everything apart from wear and tear. Feel a bit cheated,Would have given it 5 stars if I could rely on the warranty.

The gazebo cover had some damage and they would not replace it, they said it was my fault saying I folded it away with the frame causing the cuts, this was untrue and it had been used only once and put away separately from frame, very poor after sales service no help at all I wish I never got it from them.

I purchased the pop up trestle table and found that some of the metal legs that need to slide out were stuck inside the legs, so we had to find a way to get the sliding legs out from the tiny hole in the bottom which is not ideal. The table feet were all loose in the bag and tend to fall out easily when erecting the table. Seems to be a good table when it''s eventually up. Not what I expected, quality-wise for £200

When the tent was finally up it looked good and performed well. It is not difficult when you have put it up once BUT..1. The printed instructions in the boxes do not indicate that B3 poles should be at the top so because we had so many B1s left over we used those which didn''t work. 2. Even when we changed these the roof did not fit easily so we exchanged two B2s for the shorter B1s at one end to get the roof to get over the edge of the frame. 3. On even slightly uneven ground the frame pulls it self apart despite the wing nuts. Levelling the ground is essential (and luckily not too difficult as we bought the ground bar). 4. The storm pegs tended to pull out of the ground as we tightened the straps so we ended up using the straps to pull together the end gables at the eaves and the big pegs to anchor the ground bar from moving around as we, 5. Had great difficulty getting the end walls to fix and be able to open and close the doors. We eventually pulled the other walls round the corner enough to get a half decent fit but the doors were VERY tight to close. 6. Small detail but it seems that the metal hook on the roof leg covers has no way of actually getting into the holes in the

Excellent Sales personnel who guided and assisted me to make a purchase of the Pro-50 Gazebo, unfortunately the delivery driver was exceptionally rude and refused to come upstairs to the first floor to deliver the gazebo and my wife who was alone with our toddler had to go down and pick a 35kg package on her own, the neighbours came out to assist however my wife collapsed on the stairs whilst lifting it and injured herself. The delivery driver came up to leave the second piece (canopy) and had the cheek to tell my wife

the corner brackets are really good. Alas the bars are difficult to fit because they are a fraction too long & require a lot of strength to fit. By using them with the ground bars, problem is solved.

Overall product is good . Subsequent e mail bombardment over the top.some items missing from order.

I ordered a new 3m sun canopy for my gazebo, but received a used 4.5m canopy instead. The process of getting this sorted was slower than it should have been (it took several days Gala to investigate), and then a further few days when they asked me for evidence that it was the wrong size.Ultimately, it was sorted and I got a partial refund so am happy with the final outcome; it was just too long to get there.3 star review as it did did cause me problems at an event where I needed the canopy but could not use it. It eventually get sorted and I know that this is not what I would normally expect from Gala Tent. I have not yet used the correct product but am it looks to be of decent quality.

It''s flimsy and collapsed on one side under load. Make sure and double check the legs are clipped in properly before putting anything on it. Also I wouldn''t extend the legs when putting it under load.

I have ordered 3 previous products from Gala Tent, which have all been great and the service first class. Unfortunately my most recent purchase didn''t go quite as smoothly. The first delivery didn''t include my street name so the delivery man had to go house to house in the village to find me. Only 3 of the four items in the delivery turned up. The fourth seems to have been sent elsewhere. So I called customer services and they were very helpful. They chased the courier to identify what went wrong. Once identifying that the 4th parcel had been sent elsewhere they sent out a new package ''next day delivery'' that arrived as stated on the Saturday so I could still get the car port erected over the bank holiday. Unfortunately when I came to constructing the car port I unpacked the contents only to realise that parts were missing. 4 poles. It looked like a wrong box of poles was sent that made the kit incomplete. So I now had to wait until after the bank holiday to resolve, not having been able to build the car port. On the Tuesday I phoned customer services again. Again they were first class. They have now sent out the missing poles and I expect to receive them today.So all in all the products are top quality, the customer services likewise, unfortunately their logistics seem to be having a few issues currently, but thankfully their customer services are able to resolve quickly and efficiently. I was rather disappointed that I wasn''t able to use the car port as a shelter for an intended party on the Bank Holiday Monday which, as forecast, rained.

Purchased another 6x6 full PVC canopy and a 2m side panel with door. Unfortunately the door panel was not the right material so could not use in time for what it was purchased for. Pity normally would give 5 star to Gala for fast delivery and exact requirements.

The gazebo itself was exactly as I expected, good strong gala quality. The bag unfortunately had a ripped seam which I had to claim on the warranty for a replacement. Gala authorised the claim, but it was a bit of hassle going through the whole claim process when it should have been easily resolved by just sending out a new one. I had sent an email with a photo a few days after receiving the gazebo so was obviously a faulty product. Would have been easier if they had just sent a new one. Instead I had to register warranty, fill out a form, email customer services because there wasn''t an option for the bag on the form, ring customer services because I didn''t get a reply to my email, fill out the form and write a load of notes, take and attach another photograph, await the investigation, then get sent a voucher for a new bag, use the voucher to buy a new one, then wait for delivery.... how long winded.... I guess it''s a more organised process but a bit annoying making me jump through all those hoops when I just want a quality checked product that reaches me in good condition. :(Then I ordered seperate weights and walls, the courier did not deliver, did not contact me or Gala to say there was a problem with delivery, so returned them to Gala without any attempt then two weeks later I had to chase them to find out why I was still waiting for my order. Most of my initial enquiries went unanswered by Gala, so I used the live chat and spoke directly to customer services again. The courier would not put them on a premium delivery so I was unable to use them for my event on Bank Holiday weekend, so I''m still currently without that part of my order... so sorry Gala, I can only give 3 stars. If I was basing it on quality I would give more but the service has left me quite disappointed and without products that i''ve paid a lot of money for. :(

I ordered a new canopy to replace an old one that was past repair. The material of the new one seems much better and less likely to rot and tear - fingers crossed!The canopy came with attached corner-leg covers but we were sent extra detachable ones which are unnecessary and of no use.The reason I gave a low score was that, on the strength of placing my order, I was cold-called by a Company, purporting to be a sister-Company of Gala Tent, who wanted to offer me a good printing deal for my business. I don''t have a business and I don''t recall giving permission for my contact details to be passed on to other people nor being asked to tick or untick a box for such things.
