I could not insert one of the wing nut screws in my new tent so contacted GalaTent who were very apologetic and sent me a replacement pack of wing nuts by return post.FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!

Fantastic spare parts service. Ordered new Legs online for our Pro-40 whilst away during the week. They arrived the next day. Easily fitted and was back trading on the Saturday. Would have lost a weekends trading without this brilliant service. Thank you :)

Gala tent great, lining great. Just wish I had been told the heaters I had brought give a vile a red light. We have created an extra room for Christmas. Clever hubby has built a decking flooring then we have but the carpet we purchased from gala tents over so the very wet ground is no problem. Delivery was very prompt.
