As ever, Gala Tent delivered the next day. Market trading in recent storms I'd bent a truss on our gazebo and found a truss bolt missing opposite. I was able to fix our tent quickly using 4mm and 6mm allen keys (in the dark) to be good to go. Be aware that the gazebo truss comes with a truss bolt anyway - I've now got a spare but I've tightened up everything else on my Pro 40. Spares availability and great service is a good reason to choose Gala Tent. Another brand I've bought from didn't stock the frame I'd bought on a 4.5m Gazebo so i had to scrap it in similar circumstances before Xmas - expensive mistake that wouldn't happen with Gala. Thanks team.
Really pleased with the pro gazebo. Very efficient and helpful staff and painless design and production of the valance wraps requested. One minor hiccup with the order on receipt which was swiftly and politely sorted out
