Persuaded to buy with Market traders advice

The spare parts were delivered the next day as promised and were fitted easily and quickly. The display is back on the road again!

Excellent service since my original enquiry. I was called back after a while to see if I was still interested in the product and when told there might be a delay in supplying it Zoe kept me informed of progress throughout. That is what I call great customer service. Well done!

Good product

We have bought 2 Marquees from Gala tent and they are used every year. Inevitably things happen and replacements are needed. Last year it was a pole and a joint, this year wingnuts!! It is very good that there is an excellent after-sales/spares operation with Gala tent. Thank you for that.

The gazebo is one of the best I've ever seen so easy to put up

Great gazebo would highly recommend

The sales team are fantastic they managed to source a part for a tent which was no longer available, and went the extra mile to keep a tent going for another season, and the sales team personally replied to thank me when I showed my appreciation

Chairs are just what my client required light weight, strong and easy to store.

This is our second marquee and a third one is to follow shortly. The service is good and quality outstanding.

Excellent service from Gala. The canopy is exactly as we ordered. Awesome tents.

Excellent product & excellent service. Instructions let down by no information given re the strap lacing up procedure for the ratchet mechanism used on each of the frame tie down straps.

Window blinds make a big temperature difference, and don't gather condensation. My only criticism (and it's minor) is that sometimes wind can lift the 'wave edge pelmet' on the canopy and allow rain to blow in onto the eaves poles, from where it can drip inside if you're unlucky. One obviously wants the tent to be ventilated to reduce condensation though, so fixing the 'pelmet' down with velcro or similar wouldn't be a good idea, but I think a length of horizontal 50mm webbing tensioned around the tent just below the upper ends of the vertical sidewall zips would probably do the job well, without imposing a total seal. The PVC-backed polyester fabric is easier to clean on the inside surface (shiny) than the outside, and this should be considered when pitching or folding. It's also thinner, but heavier, than previous fabric, and is generally easier to handle, particularly in a wind. In summary superb value for money and many thanks.
