Found online ordering quite difficult. Rang in and staff were very helpful, finding my customer number etc. Order was wrong, but was rectified and invoice made out to wrong person. Shouldn't be so difficult to get spares
Word of mouth and good website made it all very easy. I phoned and had real help in getting the right model for a patio- The dispatch and delivery within 24 hours was excellent- well done everyone !
