We bought a 4x8m galatent 3 years ago for scout camps and decided that it would be good to have a 4x4m cover for smaller events which we bought the year after and used it with part of the 4x8m frame (all the parts are interchangeable). Now we have bought the 4x4m frame and this gives us two complete tents.
Excellent value tent, for the price you simply can't go wrong. The fact that all the parts are available as individual spares for next day delivery is a real life-save too!

Bought a 4x4m cover so that we could use our galatent in situations where the full 4x8m one was too big. The PE material is a lot weaker than the Poly/PVC, although it stood up to high winds on a hill top on one event.The PVC sidewall with door is a really great addition to our galatent. The PVC material is so strong and wipe clean, although it is cream coloured and not white. The zip door allows easy entry to the tent without having to open the end panels.
Bought Poly/PVC 4x8m galatent to use on our scout camps as a dining area. Very pleased with it, easy to erect and totally waterproof. The tent has now seen 2 years use and is still going strong. The Poly/PVC material is compact and easy to work with, but does suffer from getting dirty easily - if you want your tent to look clean then the more expensive PVC would be better as they easily clean with a damp cloth. A tip: to avoid condensation when used in cold weather, leave the top two bungees off when putting in the end walls.
Excellent quality, quite easy to put up, would recommend to anyone.
