The reason i rebought from gala tents is there driving force at the office with the answers. The pop up Gazebo product of very good quality and quickly delivered on time would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable with a backup of parts. The only thing when i was quoted a price for gutter kit all i got was just sent, the gutter piece and was not told that you need the two side panel parts to join them together, to make it work, which i think should be part of the gutter kit. They could be sold separate as parts but not as kit ok, otherwise excellent. Something that would be advantage would be a thin nice fitting slide able half bag with strap on to hold it tight together in the middle while you move it in to the caring bag, as i have trapped my finger in it, i made a bag and it has made it a lot better with easy strap woven round it. But: overall very good product for the price.

I obtained my first gala gazebo following an event where my previous gazebo had given in the the elements, my Gala gazebo has stood firm in some awful weather and has never let me down, my only adverse comment is that the stitching has failed in places but has been easy to make good and re stitch.

Been fantastic purchase, the roof is particularly difficult to fit as it needs to be pulled so tight to get elastic fittings to fit round poles!

Very good shelter shame that the material ripped during a storm.

Good quality tents that will stand up to the weather at events with a bit of tying down and planning.

We have used this twice, most recently on May Bank Holiday when the weather was atrocious! It was a bit of a challenge to put up as it was very windy, and our fingers got very cold pulling the bungee ropes. However it withstood the weather and gave very welcome shelter! I have since laminated the instructions to make them easier to use in bad weather. The video was very helpful to remind us how to put it up, it is very sturdily built and the extra guy ropes are very useful. I would definitely recommend it, but try to put it up in less windy weather if you have a choice! Storage bags have protected it well and it looked as new when we put it up after 3 years in store.

The product and service are first class, the only issue I have had to date is that the stitching has given in places and should be of a stronger thread, that said the set up is great and is often subject of discussion with people who see me setting it up at events.

I need a table before next week-end and this looks like a sturdy table with an outstanding delivery time.

The Gala Tent itself is brilliant, very sturdy with cover and carry case with wheels.

Just bought a 3m x 4m tent and while the product itself is good, instructions are very poor. Images/drawings far too small, while video demos dont focus in on details for long enough. Example is tie-down kit ratchet - a mystery if youve never used one before. I pity those customers with no practical aptitude!As technical editor of a consumer magazine Ive tested products for more than 20 years, so am fairly practical. Come on guys, spend a couple of hours writing clear instructions and producing decent photos - its not difficult!

We erected the Gala Tent this week-end and are very pleased with the product. We did have a small problem with a faulty batch of wing bolts, and had a somewhat more laborious approach of replacing these with standard bolts. However on reporting this today I have been promised replacements which should rectify the problem, Many thanks

I have purchased several items from Gala tent. This is due to the quality of the items. I have recently purchased a second folding marquee table from Gala Tent. Sadly upon its arrival I opened the packaging to find 3 scratches to the top of the table. 1 Scratch being 10 inches long, another was 3 inches in length and much was a much deeper scratch. I instantly e mailed Gala ten. As it was out of hours, I received a reply early the following morning. I received both an e mail and telephone call apologising for the purchased for the item arriving damaged. Upon sending two photos of the damage the customer service lady apologised on behalf of Gala tent and re-order me another table which would be delivery ASAP and within 24hrs. Nicola's communication and customer service was second to none, thank you. I would buy further items from Gala tents as well as recommending them to others.Thanks once again.
