We erected the Gala Tent this week-end and are very pleased with the product. We did have a small problem with a faulty batch of wing bolts, and had a somewhat more laborious approach of replacing these with standard bolts. However on reporting this today I have been promised replacements which should rectify the problem, Many thanks

I have purchased several items from Gala tent. This is due to the quality of the items. I have recently purchased a second folding marquee table from Gala Tent. Sadly upon its arrival I opened the packaging to find 3 scratches to the top of the table. 1 Scratch being 10 inches long, another was 3 inches in length and much was a much deeper scratch. I instantly e mailed Gala ten. As it was out of hours, I received a reply early the following morning. I received both an e mail and telephone call apologising for the purchased for the item arriving damaged. Upon sending two photos of the damage the customer service lady apologised on behalf of Gala tent and re-order me another table which would be delivery ASAP and within 24hrs. Nicola's communication and customer service was second to none, thank you. I would buy further items from Gala tents as well as recommending them to others.Thanks once again.

I can only praise Gala Tent for their excellent customer service, and prompt response to my complaint. Even though the product let me down on the day, it has been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for all your help.

I am more than happy with your prompt response, and the offer of a new handle for my table. My first call was dealt with courteously and efficiently, and following her advice to email you with photos of my poorly table, I have been very happy with your return phone calls and emails so far.I will reserve judgement regarding the new handle until it arrives! However, I am not anticipating any problems, and confident that if there are any and I have to contact you again, my complaint will once more be dealt with expediently. My only observation regarding the handle on the table, is that it does not appear to be of a sufficient strength for the size and weight of the table, and is obviously the weakest point.I have been very happy with my Gala tent which I purchased last year. I used it at a craft festival in Newquay in the most appalling rain..(there was a river running under and across the floor because we were on a slope!) but everything stayed nice and dry, and I sold lots due to people taking shelter! I have recommended Gala tent to several other craft people who asked me where I had got mine from.

Hi Melissa, I have been happy with the service so far from Gala Tent. I haven't been able to put the products together yet. So I am unable to say if I'm happy with it, but I trust if there are any issues with the product they will be addressed. Good service so far.

Ordered yesterday at 3.45, received at 9.00 this morning. Wonderful.

Over this last weekend we have had three of our biggest events where I was displaying my photography. We also had three days of the heaviest rain since the winter. A lot of people did not bother to turn up at the events but I did with my 3 x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro (the big expensive one). Firstly I wanted to say thanks as I was the only person who remained warm and dry - I was able to invite people in to keep dry (up to 15 at a time with all my tables, stands and browsers) and it upped my sales! Don't get me wrong I cannot retire but it was worth being there.

In this day and age (I'm sounding my age already!) it is often the case that items purchased are disappointing in quality and design. The 4m by 10m marquee we purchased from you is simply excellent. Delivery was within 24 hours and the strong and well-built product ' saved' a very important family event from the great British climate. We have had cheaper DIY shop bought tents in the past and you must do more in your website to show the incredible difference in quality. While the event was to say farewell to my eldest daughter who is moving to USA for two years, the main topic of conversation was - 'the Gala Tent'!
