the product as a whole is first rate and I am delighted with it, if only I had found it before I spent hundreds of pounds over the last few years on cheap garden centre items which all had a life of about 4 months

Whitchurch CIC is a community focused, volunteer-run non-profit company with a very tight budget (!). We purchased a Gala marquee 2nd-hand several years ago and it has done us and the town proud over the years. We need a new marquee and simply decided to stick with what we know, Gala Tent

First class delivery, tent went up quite easily with 2 people, be careful to push poles fully in or the frame ends up being to big but easy to fix.

2 orders this time. First delivery - flooring - bungled as a result of admin error by Gala. Rather nerve-racking as required for my major birthday celebration and wedding anniversary the following day. Happily sorted by pre 9.00am delivery on the day . Gala put a modest and fair credit on my account which I used against second delivery which worked fine. Gala are a very good company to deal with and I recommend them without hesitation.
