I would have given 5 stars but for the delivery, on the order was a special delivery box in which I entered if not in please leave at my neighbour over the road, the driver did not do this but took it back to his depot so I had to ask for next day, my wife asked the driver why he did not leave it at the neighbour, he said he did not know.

Great product , great service, ordered and had awning back up in under 24 hours. Use as a canopy over patio table & chairs, replaced one that had been up all year round for about 4 years .

The easiest transaction from start to finish, fantastic communication all the way through. Super fast delivery and the product was better than I thought. The canopy was thicker than I thought. As described for the size I had it takes 2 people to erect and our first time was in a Gail with heavy rain it took less than 5 minutes with novices. Fed up of buying Gazebos that last a month, so decided to take the plunge and buy a decent one looked everywhere and Gala Tents Pro 50 was the one most talked about. So paid the money and bought one. Wow fantastic gazebo strong and well built, easy to put up and sturdy enough to handle winds, also purchased the sides for privacy the weights to ensure it goes nowhere and the bottom rails to stop flapping sides. Very impressed with quality and once again you get what you pay for. Well Done Gala ????????

I have only awarded 4 stars because I only purchased this 8M x 4M marquee last week, and it is unlikely to be erected for several weeks when the weather starts to improve, so at the moment I can only comment on the service received. I had researched the market for several weeks until I had identified the product I wanted to buy and it was at this point that I contacted Gala Tents to ensure that I included the right accessories and anchorage equipment etc. I was given excellent advise and guidance and this meant I was able to place my complete order within an hour. Then much to my surprise it was delivered the following day. Many thanks.

These items have not even been opened yet. Delivery was quicker than expected. They are to replace covers an a marquee purchased about 7 years ago which has been standing ever since, the original covers lasted 6 years or so - no complaints!
