The ordered tent was required for 23.7.22 but was not in stock until 22.7.22. You arranged to have it available for collection at lunchtime that day. I arrived, the dispatcher was aware and able to load immediately; in less the 10 mins I was on the road back to Bedford. That is brilliant service for which my grateful thanks. The tent was central to my wife's hugely successful Green Earth Events Vegan Lounge at Bedford River Festival (see photos on Instagram greenearthcafeUK) and adds her grateful thanks to mine. Amazing experience I have had with Gala Tent and I would not fault them for nothing! Ordered my marquee with them literally matter of days it got delivered! Sadly had one of the pole slightly bent but gala tent dealt with the situation in a professional manner and made sure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend the world to use them because I surely will be! Thank you to the team at gala tent couldn’t be more happier!! :D

Had a 10m x 4m Gala tent since 2011 and have occasionally had to patch the roof because of wear and tear. Eventually decided on new canopy as all other material and bars in good condition. Ordered roof one day and it was delivered FOC the following day by APC. Brill service !!!
