We have bought Gala products before and new there would be no problems The new 3m X 4.5m Gazebo was easy to erect and put together and with the side extensions and gutter that we bought it was very easy to join the new Gazebo with the one we had previously bought and the 2 units were up in mo time at all and water tight
Everything about purchasing our gazebo was perfect. From obtaining the quote, arranging the printing and even a phone call the day before delivery. All in 10 days, what more can you ask for - excellent service. When the gazebo arrived, the quality of the product is brilliant. The frame is strong and robust and the canopy and sides are so easy to fit. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Completely happy with communication and delivery every one was very helpful, a hiccup with printing but turned out to our advantage . We erected the marquee on a dry day all seem to be ok , pole & joint markings could be clearer , but very satisfied so far looking forward to the first use and hope it can cope with any rain etc . We would recommend gala tents.

Just purchased a 3 x 4.5 gazebo. Went up easily and fulfills exactly the role it was purchased for.....a summer party. Unfortunately when putting it away one of the zippers on the rear side panel came off because the buffer end stop was missing. A warranty claim was submitted on-line and immediately accepted. A replacement end panel was delivered next day. When customer service reacts so quickly to deliver a replacement is outstanding. Good products must be supported with good customer service.....you are blessed with both.
After some hiccups with the delivery I finally received my 4 x 4 tent.. awesome quality. I went for the Mid Range Polly. This is our 3rd Marquee and by far the best..

Customer service was great! 0% finance check took less than 30 minutes to get back to me which customer service( Darren) called me back straight away so I could order the 6x12 marquee ASAP which then got delivered within 24 hours I put my marquee up for a garden party everyone loved it and asked where I bought it from which I told them from gala tent, we love our marquee.
We bought the Green Gala tex flooring/carpet. It looks like a plastic mesh and comes in 3 metre widths. We ordered 4x4 m and were sent two lengths of 3x4. We were able to overlap the mesh and cover the required area. We pegged it over our grass and it was excellent for our dance floor. Great value. thank you.
