F A B U L O U S! Our Pro 50 Gazebo arrived prompt and well packaged. Initially I’d looked at the Pro 30, and decided to go for a stronger more resilient gazebo for our Village Hall events. The cover is a fabulous fit and looks gorgeous in purple. The walls are very easy to fit in place with the Velcro strip. I’d recommend starting at the centre and work out to the corners, to ensure a good fit first time. Zipped and strapped in place, it does look amazing. We went for the globe lights and heater too. Although 6 lights are good, 7 would have taken us to the front corner. Love the bag too, and separate bag for the walls. All excellent quality and strong. Once in the bag, it is very easy to manoeuvre. Our hall is sure to use the gazebo on many occasions, looking forward to the first event for the King’s Coronation!

Excellent as always

I wanted some heavy duty weights to hold down a plastic garden shed in high winds. Put into google search and it came up with Gala Tent. I found some water weights which were just perfect. Fast delivery and great quality items. I used the weights for the first time last week in 50 mph winds and the shed didn’t move an inch. Would definitely recommend this product. The best thing for me is as its water weights I can just pour the water away and store the bags until next time, also if it was a solid weight I wouldn’t be able to move on my own, I put the weights in place the used a hose to fill. Excellent product

Bought a replacement canopy that I stupidly damaged over the winter. It came the next day. The quality is excellent as I have had mine for years. My only annoyance is when birds leave droppings on it but it cleans off. Highly recommend Galatent.

All spot on once again

I purchased the 4x4 marquee and it was too big so I had to return it to Gala Tent. There was a charge for returning the marquee along side my own delivery cost. However Gala tent contacted me when they received the Marquee and sent a smaller one and refunded any money owed. The marquee is great quality and the heater are perfect for winter use. Customer care at Gala tent is fantastic. There is always someone to talk to and they are very helpful. 5 star rating for me all the way.

Purchased the P50 which arrived this week. We have put up the frame with ease and the cover was a real bonus. Mark was very helpful and our communication was great. Delivery was good. Overall would recommend this company, looking forward to trying it out

From first phone call to final delivery, the customer service from the whole team was excellent. I have zero experience in this area and they made the process very easy to understand and helped with exactly what products would meet my needs. This included using the printing service and I could not be happier with the results. Also, product was slightly damaged during delivery (not Gala Tent’s fault) and they resolved this incredibly quickly. Thank you.
