Last year we purchased what we expected to be a good product at just under £120 - we were sadly mistaken & disappointed. As a small charity it was a big relief to get our money refunded. This year we had a decision: buy really cheap and replace as needed or...invest. We chose the latter and, so far, we are glad we did.The Gala Tent gazebo (complete with wheelie bag and side walls we didn't use this time around), although heavy, was quite easy to erect on its first outing, even easier to dismantle/pack away and clearly well-made.At this point we are well-pleased with our investment, looking forward to years of use (probably 3-4 outings per year). Just under £320 for a gazebo was a serious decision for us, but it looks like a good one.Just be aware that, at 34kg, the steel frame should not be handled alone - two people should lift it. Trundling along in the wheelie bag is fine, but lifting requires correct handling.

I purchased a Gala Marquee for use at outside events having had 2 cheap gazebos destroyed by wind after a couple of outings. The Gala product is far superior and although rather bulky to transport is a proper job, can be secured against weather and looks professional. It takes a while to put up but will get faster with more practice. In all it seems a good product at a fair price.

Bought 3 m pop up a few years ago, still looking good and wearing well. Returned recently to purchase a 10m & 12m marquees - good communications when things threatened to go wrong (my fault) but all efficiently sorted and safely delivered despite delivery address being blocked with builders big vehicles and equipment across the road. Good teamwork between courier driver and builders! Used all Gala tents at weekend for our charity event - volunteers very pleased with them, especially as no one had to hold onto them in case they collapsed or blew away!

Great product, sturdy and easy to set up.

Domestic usage. 3m x 3m Pro-40, Gazebo canopy and side walls.We had a family reunion coming up , the old gazebo frame had gone to the tip, we were left with a perfectly good material tent, so I ordered at heavy duty frame , Gala tents gave me advice by the chat pop up. The frame came really quickly , I was so impressed with the case it came in and the tent pegs let alone the actually frame. It is such good quality and easy to put up .The old materiel tent sadly did not fit, so I ordered a new Gala one, the quality once again was brilliant , I particularly like the Zips in the corners of the gazebo it gives it a totally finished look also because it's so easy to put up and down , I know we will do this for each occasion rather than leave it in the garden. Would I recommend the company and the gazebo , yes 100% . It's given us an extra room in the garden. Very happy with our purchases.

Excellent quality tie down set with good, strong, pegs and east to operate mechanism on the ratchet.

Perfect apart from the misleading '2 people in 2 minutes'.
