Really helpful staff and good communication on delivery. Only comment is website states next day delivery but 'subject to stock' should be added.

Superb quality and easy to assemble. We have several of these tents which are used for village events and they have lasted for many years. Service is first class.

I bougth the 3m x 3m Marquee for the back garden and with the price was sceptical of the quality. I shouldn't have worried. The manufacture and design are probably 2nd to none, the frame is really sturdy and the PVC cover and curtains made from high weight material. The curtains zip together in the corner to keep out the wind and hold the structure together. If you aren't sure about buying a Gala tent you shouldn't worry. I would recommend one to any person asking. Built it on my own too, apart from assembling the last two corner post. Less than 2 hours and it was up and then down came the rain, but hey! I was under shelter....ATF - Staffordshire

Absolute spot on service as usual , Thank You Darren for your help

this is the seventh tent I have bought from gala, they are erected permanently, as usual they are excellent quality and he staff are very helpful when you require assistance

the corner brackets are really good. Alas the bars are difficult to fit because they are a fraction too long & require a lot of strength to fit. By using them with the ground bars, problem is solved.

A really well made replacement canopy for my 3 m x 3 m gazebo. Better quality than the original with some very good features on it. Thank you.

5* for the Gazebo 3* for the carry bag. This is our 4th Gala Gazebo and the bottom of the bag is not strong enough.

Goods & delivery satisfactory

Great products and look great

Gala tents provide a very good product. Your marquee is well designed, sturdy and simple to assemble. However the very sturdiness of the frame makes it quite heavy to lift if both sides of the frame are completely assembled, before trying to join the two sides together. In addition there is quite a danger of buckling the rafters or joints, when trying to join the two sides together, without the cross-bracings installed.Next time we assemble the marquee, we will assemble only one side of the frame completely and then assemble the second side in stages: i.e. lift the assembled side, insert the seven rafters, install the 'crosses' and longitudinal members. then install the cross-braces 'D'. I consider installing the cross-braces ('D') at this stage is a crucial activity to avoid damaging any of the rafters or joints. Then lift again and install the second set of rafters and complete assembling the second side of the frame.Pull the roof canvas (PVC) in place and tie to the frame with bungees (to avoid it blowing away). Lift one side of the frame and install the legs. Finally lift the other side of the frame and insert the legs.May I suggest that instructions to the above effect are put on the internet? For some reason we found that we had about eight surplus 'B' (1, 2 and 3) members left over.If the above is unclear, I would be happy to discuss this with your people (01892661882) or we could do this by email.
