Excellent sales help and delivery arrangements, All arrived safe and sound . Only one pole was 'unmarked' but is soon found a home with the rest of the 'A' s . My only reluctance for 5 stars is the tent pegs to secure the tent flaps to the ground . The thin version supplied were next to useless and bent when you looked at them , unless you found a nice soggy bit of ground, there were only a handful of thicker pegs and some of those struggled. The standard heavy duty tent pegs supplied by a visiting friend were far more suitable. ( not to be confused with the ground anchor set). This is my second privet purchase of a Gala tent , hence knew the quality of the basic tent and structure, but struggled with assembling the corners . That are stitched to the roof, required to clip in to the legs ( pole C) but then you can't fully close the zip to make it water tight. May be the next time it goes up, things may be clearer , but 6 of us couldn't work it out re the corners. Other wise a great product ant a good price ,thank you.

As always fantastic service from gala. Ordered my replacement roof with printing on Monday and got it on Friday. Great quality product at very good price.

I didn't want to write my review straight away as I wanted to be able to use the marquee first. We have had the marquee up now for the last couple of months and had three parties in it. I have been very impressed by its robustness in some quite strong winds (very glad I got the extra securing straps and water weights). The extra height of the marquee really makes it feel more roomy and all my guest have been very impressed. hopefully not need to buy another in a hurry but would certainly recommend this product to anyone.

Super quick dispatch for Saturday delivery however missed the pre 12 slot by2 hours. Really easy to assemble up and in use in 10 mins. Only comment would be replicated instructions in each box that are pretty unhelpful anyway and unclear. Save the paperwork and point people to the web for instructions. Far easier to watch how it's done than read 2d drawings. Love it though.

Changed my mind as gala did the best to solve problems and replaced parts without hesitation excellent service from them so if your after a gala tent go for it you know you will be looked after

Having bought inferior gazebos I decided to go back to the tried and trusted Gala Tent. I was not disappointed. The quality of engineering, the stability and robustness are unmatched by cheaper imitations. Would I recommend? Yes certainly and wished I had followed my brain and experience and purchased earlier Esther than buying cheaper versions. This will last us a lifetime of entertaining.

The team are very helpful and delivery was as expected. The quality of the product is very high.

Really impressed with the quality and design of this gazebo. I've previously had cheaper models which invariably have not stood the test of time but this is a different level of quality or engineering and, I think, great value for money.

My experience of Gala Tent is always a good one. Matching your needs, required quality and budget. I have always managed to find a solution for our events via the helpful and friendly sales and support staff. You cannot go wrong everything is checked and verified with a speedy delivery service. 5 Star Service every time.

The service we received from Corey was fantastic, we had a tight deadline for delivery and he did everything he could to ensure that was met. Rebecca had to redesign our logo to a larger file size and did so perfectly. The gazebo is very easy to build and extremely sturdy, we went for design 5 with the front half panel and this looks great. I would highly recommend Gala tent.
