Great customer service and very fast delivery

Fantastic company. Here`s why. Ordered five chairs that were split into two packages. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. The delivery company only delivered 1 package consisting of 4 chairs. I rang Gala who immediately arranged for the single chair to be delivered the following day with no hesitation and this duly arrived as a package 1 of 1. Several days later the delivery company delivered my single chair box 2 of 2 that they had clearly been sitting on (no pun intended)It is this level of service that will see me as a returning customer and tell my friends and family.The chairs themselves were perfect, well made, comfortable and modern.

Great website excellent service

Great quality fast delivery, my only concern is that the warranty conditions are a bit of a get out. It should have the warranty without having to register and as long as it’s not been abused it should cover everything apart from wear and tear. Feel a bit cheated,Would have given it 5 stars if I could rely on the warranty.

The box was all ripped when it was delivered, but the delivery driver warned it had been 'trashed a bit'.Product is very well made and sturdy. We bought some corkscrew pegs and ratchets from Amazon as my garden can get quite windy. It kept it in place. Overall a very well made product. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend not wasting any more money on cheap imitations and get a really robust tent.
