I have to say that my family are thrilled with the service and quality of the product. needed it quickly and Gala even contacted another customer to direct some side panels from them. arrived on time, easy to build and lasted the whole week from Dec 30th to Jan 7th without any problems even though we had lots of rain and very high winds... Great customer service and very fast delivery

Fantastic company. Here`s why. Ordered five chairs that were split into two packages. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. The delivery company only delivered 1 package consisting of 4 chairs. I rang Gala who immediately arranged for the single chair to be delivered the following day with no hesitation and this duly arrived as a package 1 of 1. Several days later the delivery company delivered my single chair box 2 of 2 that they had clearly been sitting on (no pun intended)It is this level of service that will see me as a returning customer and tell my friends and family.The chairs themselves were perfect, well made, comfortable and modern.
