Very good product but particularly impressed with customer service. Part of delivery was short and although promised by TNT it didn't arrive. Despite computer hacking issues at TNT, Laura (?) at Gala arranged delivery of ex-showroom stock to fulfil order as we had a party for 120 people in 2 days. The gazebo is very high quality, a sturdy build and is really easy to assemble. We went for yellow, which is a great colour; we really stand out at events and fairs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to any trader selling at markets and festivals, or to someone looking for something for parties in the garden. It's an excellent product.

What a great gazebo this is its so easy to erect by one person and its made of steel instead of flimsy allloy bars and legs ,for the price you cant beat it and it looks good to would recommend if you need a heavy duty gazebo that easy to put up then buy one of these from Gala Tents and you wont go wrong .

I purchased a set of replacement side curtains for my Gala tent 4.5 x 3 metres( old set had torn along seam in high wind). I was glad to see that the replacement set had been upgraded i.e. the front section had velcro so the base frame could be used.

I've had a Gala Tent for a number of years having first seen one at someone's party and made a mental note of the name and subsequently ordered a 3mx10m one for myself. I recall that I was impressed with the helpful service I received , the swift delivery and the quality of the product. Definitely value for money. I erect it at the beginning of the summer and take it down at the end of September and carefully pack everything away. However this year as the cover was looking tired and a bit grubby as it is erected partly under a tree, this year I ordered a replacement. Again a very swift delivery and first class product. No hesitation in recommending this company and its products to anyone - in fact I have done so!
