Good easy stuff to repair the gazebo canopy, easy to use, strong fabric

Just had to replace , gazebo cover , great service and prompt delivery , only disappointment was previous cover didn't last as long as I expected with not a great deal of use , hopefully new one will last !!!

Just what I wanted to store the long poles from a recently purchased gazebo. I bet Gala Tent do not supply without storage bags or boxes being included.

A first class service, but a little overpriced.

A very good product. Did have a pole come out in high wind but only once so pushed it in harder then was fine

Delivery spot on. Tent erection not too difficult but there are some ways to do things which are not clear at first.Altogether pretty pleased with product but have not taken it down yet!

2 Large Gazebo's delivered really quickly. Slight problem with one leg but replaced in the end no problem - used on the day with no problems! Thanks!

Product is very good and we are pleased with it. but delivery was appalling . we received it 5 days after dispatch supposed to be guaranteed next day delivery so was expensive for a five day delivery feel we should have a refund !!!!

Very pleased with purchase of our Gazebo but disappointed that despite storage bags for the main frame, side panels and the ground bars, there was no bag for the important roof fabric, which in your instructions you stress must be removed and stored separately to protect it !

Purchased a couple of packs of metal tent pegs. Arrived the day following the order date and exactly as featured on the website. Great Service

The 4x3 rubber flooring was excellent, a number of errors occurred from ordering to making payment which was declined because error entering my card details, then the next day delivery did not arrive. After telephone call, the package had not been sent. Finally the delivery arrived. Sorry to write a poor review just not my lucky order.

Something odd happened with this delivery, to Canvey Island; it was refused by the receiver. No explanation. I called the customer, who was having delivered there instead of his own premises, and he knew nothing of it. It was delivered at 2nd attempt. Or so I thought, but two days later, I received a new delivery note, free delivery for items that were missing. My customer spoke to Gala people to sort it out. I remain mystified!
