Brilliant fantastic quality

I ordered a complete canopy, you sent me just the cover and you said if I am to return it I have to pay for the returns. I am very upset with the situation has it was not resolved. I have the canopy without the poles.

My husband and I decided to invest in a Gala Pro 50 3m x 4.5m Gazeebo to provide a good area of shade in our garden during the summer months for the children in our care. We absolutely love it. It is of fantastic quality and easy to put up. It’s so strong and although a bit heavy it’s manageable. Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The ordering and payment process was straight forward and very easy. Delivery was super speedy. We ordered and paid on Monday and delivery was on our doorstep Tuesday lunchtime. Amazing service. Thank you so so much. 100% top company to do business with. Already been asked where we purchased it from. Will be highly recommending your company and products. And to make thing even better it’s designed and built in Britain.

5 stars every time.1. Knowledgeable of product answered all technical questions, had actually handled the pop up ( so understood what I was asking, unlike another company who could not answer my questions!! If a customer is going to invest several hundred pounds on a pop up I want the company to know what they are selling The first time I used my pop up it was very easy to handle ( two females 50’s and over 70, )The second time was even easier, every thing just fits together neatly, the fact that it has 3 holes in the feet to peg down is even better.I would recommend Gala every time having used both of the gala tents and the pop ups.????

We purchased 15 Gala Shade Pro MX Gazebos last year for use at events and were so pleased with them that when we needed a gazebo with sidewalls there was no need to look further than Gala. Excellent sales service with very easy ordering thanks to the very helpful staff (Julie), next day delivery with good quality packing so there was no damage, and another high quality product.

We have seen and tried several gazebos from various company’s, having bought erected and shown various neighbours we are all of the opinion that this is a fantastic gazebo.

These two tents were bought to be used by our Scottish Community Council for functions on our Village Green.The decision was made to buy Gala tents because another local village had Gala tents which we thought were of very good quality.The buying process was easy but the service was spoiled when they arrived unannounced a few days earlier than agreed with the lady at Gala.It is unfortunate that all the pole sections are not permanently marked with their identification letters and numbers in an obvious area not just with stickers on the male ends as they just get rubbed off when assembling and taking down the frame. Also their is a lack of detail with the assembly instructions when fitting the side panels especially the leg covers with the hooks at the bottom to connect into the holes at the bottom of the C Leg poles there is no detail as to how the tops of these covers are to be fixed.Other than that the quality of the tents seems to be what we expected.
