I purchased an 4 x 8 metre Gala marque in 2014. I was very impressed with the quality and the ease of assembley and it's served me brillantly since. Sadly, a couple of weeks ago during a very strong wind it took off and ended up 16 feet in the trees. my fault for not securing it adequately. Unfortunately the canopy was ripped, the only other part that was damaged was one pole that was bent. All was not lost, GALA was able to replace the canopy and the pole the next day. I needed a couple of Pop ups quickly, I had a look on the website and decided what was required and rang them the staff were very helpful and received two pop ups the next day fantastic service.

Bought a 10m x 3m marquee from yourselves in 2010. You promised a first class after sales service, and in 2017 you still fulfilled that promise, supplying a second roof panel ( 6m x 3m ) and other spare parts. Delivery by next day, ordered just before 5pm, arrived a few minutes after 9am the following morning. That's service. Thanks to all concerned.
