Tent product good. Carry bag not so good. Had difficulty getting replacement.

Good sturdy looking product, looks good when erected. The instructions are not good so allow plenty of time to erect it! We ordered the Infrared heaters to go in it but unfortunately they only fit round poles not the square ones in the Fusion Marquee so have had to adapt.

The marquee came when asked for and was easy to put up and take down. It did the job perfectly. The only problem is getting it back into the boxes to store it. That just doesn't work.

Great quality, could have been done slightly faster with better customer update/response during the process. Required a little bit of proactive contact to get updates

Delivery was prompt.

Gazebo was 2 months delayed due to not being in stock, communication from Gala could have been better about the delay. And slight mix up with printing, however they were quick to sort this out afterwards and happy with final product.

Excellent product which exceeded expectations in terms of build quality. Online ordering was straightforward with prompt delivery. Only problem was poor design of frame transportation bag with incorrect positioning of wheels. This causes wheel bracket mounting bolts to dig into ground when transporting bag with handle at 45 degrees to horizontal.

First class delivery, tent went up quite easily with 2 people, be careful to push poles fully in or the frame ends up being to big but easy to fix.

2 orders this time. First delivery - flooring - bungled as a result of admin error by Gala. Rather nerve-racking as required for my major birthday celebration and wedding anniversary the following day. Happily sorted by pre 9.00am delivery on the day . Gala put a modest and fair credit on my account which I used against second delivery which worked fine. Gala are a very good company to deal with and I recommend them without hesitation.

I decided on the Gala Tent gazebo after talking to other traders and comparing specs with other brands. I have only used it a couple of times but it feels strong and robust, and I am very pleased with the quality. I have managed to set it up on my own although it would be easier with two people. The carry bag that comes with it fits easily which makes a nice change. Customer service and delivery was excellent and fast. My only criticism is that it only comes with 4 pegs. They are good heavy duty ones which is great, but 4 is not enough.

well engineered and well finished gazebo. Roof material is heavy weight and waterproof. Some sway on frame which could be improved with additional stays.

Products on the whole very good. Shame Gala use any excuse not to honour warranty

Good range of accessories for gazebos.

The quality of all parts is excellent. The marquee is strong and sturdy and very 'fit for purpose'.Minor niggles are :-- there were no spare wing-bolts (things easily lost in grass)- there were not enough toggle ties- the zipped up panels at the corners had to be pulled up well off the ground for the corner flaps to be hooked to the bottoms of the corner poles (perhaps the instructions on this are rather sketchy ?)Overall - good value for money'
