Nice and comfy for a fold up chair but the big down side is that they are very low. They could be another 50mm higher to go round a standard sized table. Found your site easy and easy to use would I look again at your products yes

I was inspired to purchase by current happy customers at the Royal Berkshire County Show. I have yet to set the gazebo up and any review should be done after a few events..just suggesting

Not as good as some, the design of the clamps need to be reviewed, they only fit the legs well if the gazebo is set up with the correct two legs facing the front.

As a whole its ok. Even though the sheet is brand new, it Had Black marks that look like mold which doesn''t look great. Frame work is strong just lacking in the quality of the sheet and the protection from rubbing is poor at best.

Looks ok, compared to previous canopy where paid design and print peeled off after little use.

Gazebo to heavy for one person delivery. Dragged the box to my door causing damage to the bag and gazebo. Poor quality response to my issue☹�?

I needed a replacement part, the postage cost was almost as much as the part

Ordered a pro 50 Gazebo with extras and told all was in stock and would be next day delivery but unfortunately only 3 of the 4 boxes arrived when the 4th box did arrive 4 days later had wrong items yet again 2 orders in 2 weeks and both wrong now I’m told I have to wait a month for one of the bars so I’ve bought a gazebo for £600 + which I can’t use !!! Disappointed

The initial ordering process went well, and Gala was able to rearrange delivery date to fit my schedule, but the order was delivered incomplete. Only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered by the courier company, and it took numerous emails and calls before Gala resolved the issue. The original missing box was never traced and Gala reissued the order for the outstanding items. The net result is that receiving the full order took almost 3 weeks. The product is fine as usual.

Table is good and shelf very useful but is VERY expensive for what you are getting. Shame you cannot buy 4.5m of table in any combination when you sell 4.5m gazebos.

Tent fine however very disappointed that parts were missing when it came to construct. They were sent out the next day, but really should have been checked before sending to the customer; luckily it was needed for NYE so we had time, but if needed sooner may have had a problem.

We have recently purchased a 6mx12m clear span marquee off of yourselves. We are very pleased with it and it looks great other than the walls. The wires that hold the walls up are just not up to the job. We have had some breaking and falling back down. The metal hooks on the tensioners have also been stretching resulting in the wires falling off and then the hooks being unusable. We have since managed to fix the issue by cable tying the walls to the eves purlin but as you can imagen this does not look the prettiest and is rather disappointing that we have had to do this. I was just wondering if we could come to a solution to resolve my issue.

The tiling is great...had a couple of pieces missing but that was rectified and dealing with Nathan was easy...but this purchase has been overshadowed by the delivery process by Khuene & Nagel which was a shambles...wrong location, wrong time, couldn''t follow customer requests, driver was very unhelpful. Would only buy from Gala again if they used a different carrier.

The service was excellent with the table and stakes arriving very quickly after the order was placed. The table, however, was not the same as my previous order. It will do the job but does not seem as robust although it was more expensive.

The new roof is a satisfactory replacement for the original, however, the old frame has become a bit
