I have only awarded 4 stars because I only purchased this 8M x 4M marquee last week, and it is unlikely to be erected for several weeks when the weather starts to improve, so at the moment I can only comment on the service received. I had researched the market for several weeks until I had identified the product I wanted to buy and it was at this point that I contacted Gala Tents to ensure that I included the right accessories and anchorage equipment etc. I was given excellent advise and guidance and this meant I was able to place my complete order within an hour. Then much to my surprise it was delivered the following day. Many thanks.

Very good value. serves the required purpose

These items have not even been opened yet. Delivery was quicker than expected. They are to replace covers an a marquee purchased about 7 years ago which has been standing ever since, the original covers lasted 6 years or so - no complaints!

The service & delivery time was excellent the only issue we had was maybe the delivery company as the box had been slashed several times when it got delivered. I did check the canvass inside & thankfully that was ok but it was close

I have been purcashasing items for 10 years from Gala Tent and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. The latest purchase shows the quality of product has been improved further, The only drawback is that the latest tent has no Zips on the end panels and is time consuming trying to lace them up at the end of the day and very time consuming .I regularly fully recommend Gala to friends and customers.

I bought the folding chairs for an upcoming party, I haven't used them yet, so my review rate is for your quick delivery.

Had a test at putting the Gazebo up at the weekend and very happy with the build quality. only down side was received the dispatch email with the tracking details on 5 days after the gazebo was delivered.

Good product we've had a dry run before using next week for the party but everything was great an easy to assemble, with a miner adjustment of additional washers needed, as our pole was slim.

Great service as seen

Poles are nice and strong easy to put together however you really need to tighten the wing nuts to stop the poles coming apart whilst constructing the roo section. Side walls are much better now they have zips on no wind gets through. Roof cover was difficult to get equal over each sides even though we put it on before raising the legs. Having said that my overall view is its was not cheap but it should last a good few years.

Delivery of the the tent was as advised. Quality of the tent was also excellent and well worth the money.

It is very good quality but one of the joints was bent but sorted it and the bags should be included in price
