extremely happy with the service during and after the order. got a call before the order was sent to advise that I'd ordered an item that was already included in the package and therefore not needed - what honesty. Arrived the next day as promised. Very easy to use - really pleased

Brilliant product and great customer service. The new collapsible easy up is much lighter and now fits into my car boot whereas previously I would need someone with a van to transport from place to place.

Nothing to Fault with these guy’s, expensive tent with print but turned out to be justifiable . I pull the tent on my owned once on the Market and is no hassle or struggle. ......Great customer respect and attention from Management to Staff designer . Bravo and I will be a client forever. Product Quality is Top.

Fantastic service by Corey throughout the initial consultation stage to the final purchase of 3 different gazebos valuing £2800.Quality of product is excellent and you cannot fault the Made in Britain engineering.After sales service for a minor hiccup was resolved satisfactorily immediately.Would use again and highly recommended particularly if you need extra large gazebos.

Great service and very pleased with my purchase. Brought a 3m x 4.5m pop up gazebo. Placed order & recieved item next day. Helpful staff & gazebo purchased looks quality. Very easy to pop up, looking forward to using it.

From start to finish the ordering process was easy with excellent help and advice from the sales team. The marquee arrived next day and everting was packed for easy access and assembly - inundated with instructionPamphlets but no complaints there - great product and service

I bought a green 3m sq Gazebo with the thicker metal frame, four detachable sides and a 12x pack of the metal mooring pegs. Everything about the service I received was promt, efficient and reliable, from the updating of the progress on my order and its on-schedule delivery through to the high quality of the product. On inspection, the product is well made, robust and assembled in a way that it can be swifltly erected and taken down by two people, although I would advise that a third person in on hand at the first erection to keep an eye on the perpendicularity of the opened roof section. Paying attention to right angles in all three dimensions helps to ensure smooth opening and closure. The interior fastenings and moorings are well made and sturdy. I have already used it on two occasions this summer - on one occasion in a stiff breeze. In this condition, the use of all four sides acted as a useful 'wind cheater'. All in all an excellent product made and delivered by folks who know what they are doing. Dr Mark Salter October 2018.
