Compact Pro 40 gazebo was perfect but bag was slightly damaged in transit by courier. Bag was immediately replaced. Good product and excellent customer service!

The Gala Tent Gazebo is very robust and well made. The design is very well thought out can be put up with a minimum of two people. The bag is very easy to use and the large wheels make it easy to manoeuvre while in the bag.

Delivered to the wrong address. Second attempt was to correct address but items missing from order. Third attempt was to wrong address again. Luckily the person at that address passed the items on to me.

I ordered Swisstrax RibTrax floor tiles for my garage (225 pcs) and Gala were extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. They were also flexible in arranging delivery to suit me. The product is expensive however the quality is excellent and the delivery was well packaged with everything arriving without any damage.

Not much you can enthuse about for tent poles! My order arrived quickly and the poles are fine. Just to odd bit of metal to knock off where holes are punched in. Otherwise great service and quality product.
