Amazing service from start to finish! I actually had a phone call after I ordered online as I had ordered a gutter for a gazebo not a marquee, they told me they had replaced the incorrect gutter with the correct one and confirmed the delivery and checked access etc, I was really happy they went above and beyond to make sure the profits was suitable and told me when I would get the order!

I purchased the 3 x 3 marquee for use as a bar area for my house party. I’ve never put up a tent let alone a marquee but myself and 2 mates erected it within an hour. 1st thing I would say is that it was very good quality easy instructions and got good feedback from my guests, I set the marquee up on the patio a week before Xmas with the rain and wind and didn’t have 1 leak or have any movement and I didn’t have to weigh it down. Sensible and worthwhile purchase as I can further rent it out to others, or donate at charitable events.

Great quality product and easy to use. You wouldn't want to risk using anything else for your business.

All the gala products are amazing value our 6m x 3m marque has been up in the garden from November ready for Christmas and will not come down until the end of February it has withstood high wind and heavy rain well worth the money I paid for it I will only buy gala from now on

Fuss-free all the way! Choosing the right gazebo was easy, payment secure and delivery swift. Since I've been using the gazebo at a weekly market I've been impressed with how easy it is to put up and take down. It's strong and light and looks smart.

Replacement parts for marquee legs fitted well. Bit of encouragement needed in order to remove rusted on old bases, but much improvement after new ones bolted in place. Having replacement parts very helpful in keeping marquee serviceable.

I wanted extra chairs urgently for Christmas. I checked out Dunelm whose chairs were v flimsy and looked cheap, they aere £11 each. I then searched the Internet and liked the professional look of Gala. I rang and the phone was answered immediately. The chairs I wanted were available and I was provided with all relevant information and indeed cheaper than Dinelm, they would also deliver quickly without cost. I had them within a couple of days and was surprised at the sturdiness and attractiveness of them. They fold up for ease of storage. An excellent product and outstanding service. Many thanks.
