Service is 100% brilliant. Navigating the website was easy and my goods were speedily dispatched and delivered. The overall quality of the replacement bags I purchased is excellent. My only frustration is that because the material the bags are made from is so tough, it makes it almost impossible to close them with the drawstrings. Our GalaTent marquee is now 17 years old and still in very good order so I would certainly recommend these products to family and friends.

Fantastic customer service once again from Gala Tent. Running an events business can stressful at the best of times but when you manage to over book and don't have enough equipment to put out can be a nightmare. When we had this situation we called the team at Gala Tent and our order was processed super fast and on its its way. We recieved our order less than 24hrs later allowing us to get all our hires out on time and not let any of our customers down. Our company has used Gala Tent gazebos since 2017 as the quality of the product speaks for itself but its great to know the team at Gala Tent helped us out when we needed them. Top Tubz Ltd

I was recommended to use Gala Tent by a local rowing club who uses a gazebo bought from them. I wanted to purchase a gazebo for our local arts and heritage museum. We are a volunteer group who put in social events for the community hosted by the centre.Gala tents had a product that fitted our restricted budget. Following a discussion with a sales representative I placed the order and had the gazebo customised in our own choice of colour and had our logo printed on the front.The whole process from start to finish was very smooth right up to a quick call I had to make to the company when I first tried to erect the gazebo following delivery. In the end the gazebo is easy to use and the frame and covers are really good quality and robust. I also purchased a storage bag which makes moving the gazebo easy as it has wheels.Overall a quality product.Thank you Darren and the team at Gala
