Not actually erected the gazebo yet as it has been purchased to use in 2023. That said it appears really sturdy and well made and the cases make storage and moving very easy

My first table was faulty and they only sent tops for a 2m instead of a 3m but customer service was great and sent me a new table and an extra top. It’s still a bit difficult to put up but will probably become easier the more I use it

We love the tent, we had a 6 x 3 PE party tent that lasted nearly 20 years and have bought a pvc tent this time with Gala again. I would have given 5 stars but not as happy with the bags we paid extra for. There is nothing for the bungees etc and all the canvasses are in one extremely heavy bag

Good quality

We have used Gala Tent previously for our first charity gazebo and when it was time to have it replaced they were our obvious choice. Great product for events, a quality build and easy to set up and take down.

A sturdy well made 6 X 3m gazebo! Easy enough to erect - 3 volunteers minimum. Left it a bit close to the event date to order so didn’t get the colour I’d wanted. With the help of the sales team we configured it as two tone - roof one colour and the sides a different colour! The outcome was better than expected and definitely not a monotone block of colour. Looks like it should serve us well.

Top quality very sturdy only thing to let it down were the details in the assembly instructions, improve these and it would warrant a five star review

Bought from Gala Tent, because the quality/price looked much better value than similar products. The service and purchase process was very good. Would recommend the product to others. However, it is very important to fit the framework together properly, otherwise the canopy and walls won't fit over the frame and join up with each other. We had difficulty fully locating some poles into the framework brackets because a few of them had burrs inside the brackets, which we had to file off first.

Brilliant service although didn't have the colour I wanted in the time frame I needed it. Bought a new Gazebo but also a replacement canopy for our 10year old one. Chose Gala as I purchased a nearly new one about 9-10 years ago and apart from a few tiny holes in the canopy it's still going strong.

The half wall is great quality and looks great but I think there is meant to be a pole to secure it so it sags in the middle. It would have been better to have this explained in the product description.

Great service and marquee (3mx6m) arrived in good time. Easy to put up although leg frames are a bit stiff and one or two don't easily click into place when lowering the canopy when not in use. Been using for a few weeks now to mostly provide shade and so far so good! Will take down in the winter. Cheers!

Looks a good quality marquee. Found the printed instructions confusing and unclear when printed. Video on youtube however is very good. Not sure about the guide lubricant and why is it grey? Marks the marquee material. Hoping to get many year service out of this marquee.

I purchased repair patches for the roof. These have worked fine but future patches need to be larger. Is it possible to buy the material on a roll? How much is a new roof for a 10 x 4 marquee?
