What can I say, my second Gala marquee ordered for a special birthday event. The marquee arrived next day with all parts present and correct. My first marquee lasted for 20 years, so I am looking at many parties with this one. It is so nice to deal with a British company that really does excel at everything from their manufacturing all the way through to delivery and aftercare. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Bought full tent cover as replacement for old (chewed by mice!). New one is much improved, more features, very strong and fits perfectly. Customer care was excellent too.

The tent printing team are very good and diligent. It looks amazing.The quality of the tent itself it strong and sturdy, very good quality. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the practicality element. The roof is such a tight for with no give in the material it is very difficult to put everything together. The roof requires 1cm more of material just to give a little bit of room for manoeuvre.

Pleased to be able to fond a replacement part for an old marquee and at a very good price. Delivery was almost immediate!! Fantastic customer service and especially from Mark Forrest who was so helpful. Well done!!

Great service, arrived the next day and great quality, we have used before and we will use again :)

Darren and the sales team were really helpful in enabling us to achieve our end goal that was a practical purchase within our budget. We were keen to purchase a 6x12 marquee with the ability to set it up as 2 6x6 marquees, and we received all the kit needed to do this. The kit is really good and arrived in good time. It has been tested out in the field and we were really pleased with the quality.

A very good experience with Gala Tent. The website was informative and the staff answered the phone quickly! I ordered a large gazebo which arrived promptly and is very good quality and much stronger than our other one. I'd recommend purchasing the wheeled bag too as it's very rugged and will protect the gazebo much better than a lightweight cover.We'll definitely use Gala Tent in future.

Gala tents are robust and reliable. Exactly what is needed especially when trading outdoors with UK weather to withstand. After many years of regular use and despite being battered by 52 mph gusts this year our Gala gazebos remained upright, solid and safe enough to continue trading whilst protecting our fragile stock from damage. After this onslaught, however, we found that some minor tlc was needed to maintain the strength and integrity of both gazebos so 2 spare parts were ordered and after a small initial hiccup they were delivered and fitted last weekend ensuring many more years of use from our old but still solid gazebos. Hats off to the team and director for personal attention and assistance. Top rate product and top rate service. Thank you
