I have used Gala tents for over 10 years now and about 4 years ago I upgraded to the PVC versions for the canopy sides and ends. I have been delighted with the durability of the result. Previously I had to replace the canopy at least once a year ( my gazebo is a permanent 365 day use structure). I purchased a replacement PVC canopy due to the severe winds recently in case it was needed but I am pleased to report that so far it has not been needed. Replacement of Bungee cord from time to time is the only necessity.

I had a bit of a problem with the website so when I got in touch with them they were very helpful. Once my order was placed I was told it could take a few weeks to get printed and delivered. I got a phone call the next day to say it was ready and would be delivered in the next couple of days. It turned up the next day. Excellent quality and service.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, high quality marquee to use in craft fairs, and Gala Tents was recommended to me by other stall holders. Product has been great. Had to order patches as didn't release that the canopy had to be removed as packed it away with it on and they explained that i need to remove it before storing in the bag.

Have had 2 Marquees 10 x 6 mtrsUsed as work shops have been in constant use never taken down in all weathers even recent storms. Secret secure them down properly with all straps plus use webbing straps over top of canopy to stop wind lifting top sheet put up in a sheltered position.I am lucky been able to do this,also have a bank of pallets one end that’s open to the wind.Heat wise have got 2 red diesel heaters one in each cost £200each they run on low cost heating oil at moment 56 p a litrecost about 5 litres a day put by door opening, heaters only after to be on intermittently as gets to warm . Only issue I have had are to 2 brackets fractured in last storm emailed gala Monday reiceved Tuesday very good service. Was a bit worried about using Marquess for an all weather workshop but after 2 years a good investmentMr S Owen

Over the years I have used Gala Tents on several occasions. The gazebo frame is sturdy and the canopy very strong. This time I bought a new canopy, the frame is still going strong. I cannot fault the service, friendly, helpful staff and prompt next day delivery.
