Ordering by 'phone was easy, as was using the SOT payment system. 'Black Friday' price was very good;Missed the first promised delivery date, but the second attempt was well within the agreed times; andFirst impression of the gazebo is positive. Steel structure feels very strong with plenty of space and headroom under the canopy.Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a robust gazebo that looks like it will stand up to frequent use.

The product is very good quality and was very easy to put together and survived the first winter storm with flying colours the very next day. My only issues was the website took me 3 attempts to order it , it’s Not very smooth , but I’m glad I did

Hi Just put the tent up for Christmas, very easy to construct and straight forward instrustions, the only issue we are having is its has to go up on a patio and we have to think of a way to keep the flaps down so the wind cannot get under neath.
