This purchase was for two replacement poles for my 6mx4m carport which was stupidly erected in a December storm. Arrived next day from an afternoon order !!The bigger picture though was that I found the carport standing on end, past vertical, against a tree yet it survived that with just TWO bent poles !! Incredible performance......

I approached Gala as a first time customer as after some research I noticed they were one of very limited options for Swisstrax here in the UK. Bought table to go in caravan awning.Site says it has 3 heights but actual table has only 2.Phoned to make sure I had the correct table and the service with checking my order and also checking the table and website was great.Was thanked for pointing out the description was wrong and told they would get the web description changed.Was offered money back if not happy with purchase but decided to keep the table, every one happy.Would definitely recommended Gala Tent in future and buy from them again.
The product was excellent value for money, robust constuction and very good quality, exactly as advertised. The pruduct was delvered on time and in good condition. Overall my expectations were definitely exceeded.
