Looks amazing and is off very good quality

Excellent marquee. This is my second Gala marquee. The first one which is still in use I have had for over 10 years and has been used on a regular basis for our clay shoots (six to eight times a year) in very rough, wet weather. This one is just as good, excellent strong fabric, good weight and easy to erect with two people. The fabric on the new one seems easier to handle and clean. Steve. from Barbican Armoury Durham

We have a 3-metre Gala Party Tent erected all year round, and have done for the last 7 years. One side is attached to the house (we use it like a conservatory accessed via our patio doors). We alternate replacement PVC canopy (roof) and PE sides every other year (so each component lasts two years before we replace it, which is fantastic considering the great British elements it has to endure! The PVC canopy is the best material that Gala sells and would probably last longer than 2 years as it is extremely substantial - but it looks a little weathered - as you would expect after that time - but still doesn't leak. The side walls are available in the tougher PVC but only with dutch lacing fastenings, which are an absolute pain to secure compared with conventional zip fastenings - and the take forever to fasten, especially after a couple of glasses! So, we opt for the thinner PE side walls with conventional zip fastenings.Improvements: 1) it would be really good if Gala designed an end panel with an incorporated clear panel - just like the side panels have as windows - to add extra light into the tent.2) if the side walls and end panel could be made from the tougher PVC material with zips that would provide the ultimate durability and longevity for us. (On the Gala web site it states they have yet to source zips strong enough to match the PVC material.) Full marks to Gala for service and support: I note they have just added customer account/login support so I can review our previous orders over the years. Full marks there. (Delivery is always spot on too.)BTW, this review is not sponsored by Gala (but it would be good if they considered my 'improvement suggestions). Thanks for reading.

Brilliant, a great bit of kit am very pleased and also like the online instructions.

After being let down with an online purchase of a gazebo from a different company, I needed one for a socially-distanced meeting of our family. Whether it was to rain or be under blazing sun, it was obvious we needed shelter outdoors. Our old gazebo had torn and the frame was bent so at this 11th hour, I had to purchase one quickly and be absolutely confident I would receive it the next day. They promised next day delivery but also, because I lived close to them, agreed that I could order by phone and pay online, then they'd arrange for the goods to be ready for me to collect without the need for social distancing to be compromised(which in my case was imperative as my wife and I are shielding). In the past, I have always bought pop up gazebos in the price range of £80 to £90 so, when I enquired with Gala Tents about their 'entry level' waterproof 3mx3m gazebo, I admit to being a little put off by the cost. Yes, probably double the price but.... I needed a gazebo!I collected and got it home and my wife and I inboxes everything. It was clear that we were not erecting an £80 gazebo! The curtains were really well made and....heavy!The pop up frame was world apart from anything I have ever owned. No wobble, sturdy, smooth and erected easily by my wife and I. Within 10 minutes, we had erected our gazebo and were stood inside genuinely wowed by it.I had the words of one of the Gala Tents people ringing in my ears ' these gazebos are made to last you a lifetime and make the lower cost ones look like flimsy tents'.How right he was. Its about 10 days now since we purchased our gazebo from Gala tents and as well as facilitating our family meeting, has stayed up in the garden for daily use. The day before yesterday, we woke up to notice the trees bending double in the wind and I rushed put to expect to find a pile of twisted metal at the very least. I know from past experience that the type of gazebos I used to buy would have been blown into next doors garden but our new gazebo had not budged!!To summarise: great company to deal with. Great gazebo ( which we can buy individual spares for if needed). NOT EXPENSIVE!-YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...... Quality! Thanks guys.

As always really helpful and quick service needed a marquee quickly and gala tent sorted this ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday great service in these difficult times it’s the 5th I’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

An excellent 6 x 4 m marquee - the entire process was very smooth - a chance to talk to a person to fine tune my requirements and discuss delivery dates. Delivery was next working day. It arrived securely packaged (with all parts present) with clear instructions. We put it up at the weekend and had 12 people over for lunch. There was plenty of room and the quality is excellent - clean and bright. Already thinking about when we can next use it again ! For this quality and service, the price is very reasonable as well. I would happily recommend Gala tents.

Next day delivery as stated, a quality product, easy to erect, dismantle and pack in the storage bag.

Purchased a new canopy for our 3m x 3m, efficient and friendly staff, will defo use again. Thank you Tony

Amazing service, extremely pleased with my gazebos, very strong and look great. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a new leg for our Gazebo as one was damaged when it blew away in a gale. It took a while to get one but it was delivered as promised and was easy to fit. The Gazebo seems fine again now but I don't recommend putting it up in a strong wind.

Quick and easy delivered next day great value
