Ordered a 4m x 8m Pro 50 and it's very well made. During first use I had a faulty spindle which their customer service team replaced without any fuss. They get a 5* from me : -)

I purchased a 3x4 marquee, I love it and its lovely in my garden everyone who has seen it has been impressed.however, initially I was sent wrong canope, but a replacement was sent no problem.and the lining was also incorrect, no all the same colour, but was returned and full refund given.Good customer service from Julie! thank goodness they her.only I dont like is the huge 'GALA TENT' labels sewn on each end! :( thats why its 3*

Came well packaged good sturdy chairs and very comfy. Would highly recommend this company. When my order wouldnt go through they talked me all the way through it. They didnt ask for personal details they sent a link. High recommend

I love my party tent!! It’s the perfect alternative to a conservatory for me at a fraction of the cost. A lot easier to put up than a shed and a lot prettier too, I will always have gala, it’s a fabulous company and good quality products and brilliant customer service!! Well done Gala Tent!! (Oh and easy to put up too! Bonus for me as I’m normally rubbish at it!!) x

The tents provided by Gala are fabulous. The pro 50 is strong and stable and great for day to day use. The service provided by the team of staff is first clas they are nothing but helpful in resolving any questions, problems or mistakes. Love this business been excellent in lock down. Top marks.

I've been using a 4m by 10m marquee as a car port since 2014. It is sheltered from the worst of the sun by a willow tree and the roof covering lasted more than 5 years. Started off as a temporary solution that I hoped would last a winter, but it works and I've just replaced the roof covering and am hoping for another 5 years.
